What are the payment options?

What is your return policy?

In the case you are dissatisfied with your purchase you will have the option for a replacement unit. There will be absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
 

AFTER PURCHASE EXCHANGES

All sales are final on all wigs and products. After purchase refunds are not allowed. Exchanges or store credit will be honored only. We allow a 2 hr window after purchase  to make an exchange in the event you made a mistake during the purchasing process.

These are the exact conditions of us accepting the package back & offering an exchange:

 

Wig must be in original condition (no lace cut, no holes, and hair not combed, for sanitary reasons)

If we receive the wig back with any problems and we can see you have worn it we will not exchange it for you (this includes hair extensions)

If the wig is damaged in any way, we cannot offer an exchange

Must ship back within 2 working days of receiving the wig

With other shipping companies, we cannot offer you an exchange.

If the wig is returned without all of the packaging, we cannot exchange for you:

Full packaging included the exact way you received it etc.

Silk bag

Haircare booklet

Net/tags (must be still attached)

Paper head for wig

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are offered in store or online. Contact us if you are interested in purchasing a gift card for a friend or loved one.
